It should be! Some
so-called consultants make a career of selling to one client information they have obtained from another. Argee,
Inc. has no proprietary information for sale! Our service is the development of technology that meets specific
client requirements. Unless the consulting agreement clearly states otherwise, that technology becomes the property
of the client.
Confidentiality agreements are executed for all assignments. The agreements are honored.
